  • How can I place the order online?

Ordering your favorite food items through www.gulabs.in is very easy. All you have to do is just click on the items that you want and click on buy. You will be taken to a secure payment gateway where you can pay either through credit card, debit card or net banking and that’s it.

We’ll get your order delivered to your doorstep within the time mentioned in the site.

  • I need to cancel or change my order! How can I do this?

Please give us a call as soon as possible; before your order is dispatched and we will have it cancelled, however if the order has been dispatched then we wouldn’t be able to cancel the same.

  • Do you accept Cash on Delivery?

No, as of now we don’t have the option of cash on delivery but we do intend to have it soon and we will update on the site as soon as it’s done.

  • Do you accept orders by phone?

  • Do you have offline stores?

We are available online only and do not have any brick and mortar stores.

  • How will I get my money back in case of a cancellation or return? What are the modes of refund?

In case of credit card payments we can also credit the money back to your credit card. Please contact customer support for any further assistance regarding this issue.

  • I’d like to suggest some products. Who do I contact?

If you are unable to find a product that you would like to shop for, please write to us at cc@gulabs.in  and we will try our best to make the product available to you.
