Easy Homemade Thandai Ice cream Recipe

Craving for some Thandai, but tired of having the same old beverage ?

more is truly a heavenly combination.

This Thandai recipe is hassle free and can be made in just a matter of minutes. It is the most scrumptious homemade delight you can make for your family,
friends and loved ones.

 Here’s how you can make some Thandai  Ice cream :

The Ingredients you’ll need :

Ice, spice and everything nice !

For the ice cream:
200 grams Amul Whipping Cream
100 grams Condensed Milk
50 grams Milk
1 tbsp Gulabs Thandai Masala Powder

For garnish:
1/4 cup chopped almonds
1 tbsp Dried Edible Rose Petals

 Cook Instructions :

  1. Take a non-stick pan. Add the whipping cream and milk to it. Give it a nice stir.

  2. Now add the Gulabs Thandai masala powder to it. Gently bring the liquid to a simmer on a medium flame.

  3. Stir the liquid for about 3-5 minutes and take it off the heat to cool down.

  4. Now add the condensed milk to the mixture. Use a hand blender or a whisk and blend the liquid until it turns thick and creamy.

    Add some condensed milk to the mixture and using a whisk mix it until thick and creamy.

  5. Pour this liquid into a container and garnish it with some almonds and rose petals.

    Keep the mixture in the freezer until it sets nicely !

  6. Keep the container in the freezer for about 5-8 hours and serve it chilled.
