Here’s how you can make some Thandai Ice cream :
The Ingredients you’ll need :
Ice, spice and everything nice !
For the ice cream:
200 grams Amul Whipping Cream
100 grams Condensed Milk
50 grams Milk
1 tbsp Gulabs Thandai Masala Powder
For garnish:
1/4 cup chopped almonds
1 tbsp Dried Edible Rose Petals
Cook Instructions :

Take a non-stick pan. Add the whipping cream and milk to it. Give it a nice stir.

Now add the Gulabs Thandai masala powder to it. Gently bring the liquid to a simmer on a medium flame.

Stir the liquid for about 3-5 minutes and take it off the heat to cool down.

Now add the condensed milk to the mixture. Use a hand blender or a whisk and blend the liquid until it turns thick and creamy.

Pour this liquid into a container and garnish it with some almonds and rose petals.

Keep the container in the freezer for about 5-8 hours and serve it chilled.
