Who doesn’t like cookies? It’s a real crowd magnet among all age groups, be it children, teens or even adults. Addition of some spice to your cookie further elevates it to a whole new level.
The rich and spicy taste of Gulabs Thandai masala powder along with the crunchiness of the cookies are to die for. They are simple to make and are completely egg-free. It doesn’t require any kind of mixer or professional store bought equipments.
The hint of aromatic spices in the cookies makes it the perfect combination for your evening snack/beverage.Now enjoy some buttery crisp cookies with a twist of Thandai !
Here’s how you can make some Thandai Cookies :

The Ingredients you’ll need :
For the Cookies :
1/4 cup Gulabs Thandai Masala Powder
1 cup All purpose flour/Maida
1/8th tsp Baking Soda
1 tbsp Corn Flour
A pinch of Salt
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
1/2 cup room temperature Salted Butter
2 tbsp Rose Water
For garnish:
50 gms Melted Compound White Chocolate
1/4 cup assorted Dry fruits (Chopped)
Cook Instructions :
- In a bowl, add maida, baking soda, corn flour, salt and Gulabs Thandai Masala Powder. Sift all the dry ingredients.

Take another bowl, beat the sugar and butter using a hand blender or a whisk until soft and creamy.

Now add the sifted ingredients into the sugar butter mixture. Add the rose water into it.

Mix everything together until a cookie dough is formed. Use a cling film, cover the dough. Refrigerate it for an hour.

Cut out the cookies in your desired shape using a cookie cutter and arrange it in a baking tray.

Preheat the oven at 160 degrees for 10 minutes.

Bake the cookies in the oven at 180 degrees for about 10-12 minutes until they turn golden brown.

Now let the cookies cool down for 30 minutes. Melt some white chocolate and drizzle half the cookies with it using a piping bag. Garnish it with the chopped dry fruits.

You’re all set ! Store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for upto a week.
Variations :
You can garnish the cookies with white, milk or even dark chocolate as per your tastes and preferences. If you’re not a fan of dry fruits for garnish, you can also replace them with chocochips, edible rose petals, sprinklers or simply enjoy it without any additions.
